My dad has just returned from a week in Tanzania where he celebrated his 60th birthday by climbing Kilimanjaro, Africa's highest mountain! I'm extremely impressed and extremely proud of him!
He's promised to write a post about his experience (but it's more likely that I will be writing it on his behalf), sharing some handy hints and tips and photos of his 5-day journey along the Machame route.
